Every Curbwise order ships free. Here's how long it takes and how to track it.

Where we ship
We ship across the United States. We don't ship outside the US yet.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse we'll email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating, so don't worry if it's quiet at first.
Getting the address right
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before the parcel goes out. Once it's shipped, we can't change the address.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
- Running late: if tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email us and we'll chase it.
- Lost: if a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
- Damaged: send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free.
Import charges
Prices at checkout include everything you pay. If any import charge applies to your order, we cover it, not you.
